Reserving an appointment time: All appointments are reserved using my booking software. While a credit card is required to book all appointments, you will not be charged until either the service has been completed or in the case of a no show or late cancellation. In turn, I promise to keep appointments on time, give you my full and undivided attention and, of course, some of the best lashes Knoxville has to offer!
No Show/Cancellation Policies: As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out at 72 and 24 hours prior to your appointment by text, email or both. I definitely understand that life happens so if you need to cancel/reschedule please ensure the appointment is cancelled before 24 hours prior to the appointment or you will be charged 50% of the service as a late cancellation fee. All no shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out any paperwork and to get your eyelashes clean prior to the start of your appointment. This is done to maximize time spent on actual application during your appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, please note that the service time will not be extended (to respect the time of other guests) and you will still be responsible for paying the full price of the service.
Refunds: Unfortunately, there is no way to refund the time, product, knowledge and other expenses that went into making your service the best possible experience. No refunds will be given for any reason on any services or products. If you are unhappy with a service please contact me within 72 hours following your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a "fix" can be done, I'm happy to offer a complimentary 30 min touch up! Any concerns after 72 hours of your appointment or failure to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged the full price of the appropriate maintenance service.
